Our individual equipment offerings include anisotropic conductive film (ACF) bonders, film laminators, film delaminators, optically clear adhesive (OCA) optical bonders and liquid optically clear adhesive (LOCA) optical bonders. Our equipment and processes are the world’s standard and we support our client’s needs 24/7 with the process and business issues that arise as volumes change and new products are added to your business.

We offer a broad range of low, medium and high volume equipment designed for fine pitch anisotropic conductive film (ACF) bonders, film laminators, film delaminators, OCA optical bonders and LOCA optical bonders. Products as small as 0.1″ diagonal and as large as 100″ diagonal are built using our equipment worldwide. The growing use of LCDs, touchscreens, and products requiring use of anisotropic conductive film in mainstream products is fueling the increasing need for our equipment. Pixel Interconnect provides our clients with equipment, materials and processes that are appropriate for our client’s product design requirements, budget and throughput needs.

Besides our 20+ years providing these equipment and process solutions to customers in over 45 countries, what sets us apart from other companies is our service commitment which is best in class. Regardless of whether a customer has a service issue with the equipment or requires our support on process development, we have always adhered to the following service promise for all clients worldwide:

  • Telephone Technical Support is provided on a 24 hours per day, 7 days a week basis. We provide an escalation list to you with the phone numbers of three senior technical personnel.
  • If a problem with the equipment or process cannot be resolved by your personnel within 8 hours of telephone technical support, we will have service personnel at your site within 24 hours.
  • If a problem is still unresolved 48 hours after the initial site visit, we will dispatch at least one additional service personnel to you.
